Espresso:
Neapolitan Espresso: In Italy, Naples sets the standard by which other cities compare their espresso and our Neapolitan Espresso is modeled after the espresso that is enjoyed there. Neapolitan Espresso is a rich, intense espresso, not bitter, with a complex, nutty flavor that also hold up well in milk drinks.
Single Origins Coffee:
Brazil Natural: Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world. Brazil Natural is a mild coffee with light body and low acidity which produces a smooth, light cup of coffee.
Colombia: Mellow, buttery, sweet, with medium body. Colombian coffee is widely recognized for its quality, yet there are many grades on the market. Supremo is the highest grade, with the largest bean. In the cup, this fine arabica coffee is rich, clean, and has a nutty sweetness. Very satisfying!
Ethiopia Yergacheffe: With a hint of fruit, a very special coffee. A highly aromatic coffee from the Sidamo region. Ethiopia Yergacheffe has an aroma similar to that of lemon and apricots, a light body and an elegant finish. It is slightly sweet and a bit acidic.
Guatemala: Guatemala is one of the finest coffees produced in Latin America and a favorite in the specialty coffee industry. Guatemala is a full bodied coffee that is very aromatic, has medium acidity and a complex smoky flavor.
Kenya AA: Considered one of the finest coffees produced in the world today, AA is the highest grade of Kenya available. Kenya AA has a pleasant, floral taste, with a medium body, winy acidity, and a sweet aftertaste.
Sumatra: Also grown in Indonesia, Sumatra is a very distinctive coffee a with special appeal. Sumatra is a heavy, full bodied coffee, low in acidity, with a rich hearty flavor which give it an almost syrupy characteristic.

Breakfast Blend: Breakfast Blend combines Indonesian and Latin American beans with French Roast to create a blend with a strong, hearty flavor and with a lot of body and low in acidity. It is perfect for those who like the strength and flavor of French Roast but demand something more well rounded.
Espresso di Carlo: A medium roast of Latin American and African beans, Espresso Di Carlo is a milder, sweeter espresso, designed for someone who is looking for an espresso with a little less intensity.
French Roast: darkest blend, French Roast is a blend of beans roasted to the darkest degree of roast where the beans begin to lose their inherit characteristics and the degree of roast becomes the major contributor to the flavor. French Roast is characterized by an intense, smoky flavor, with a light body and very low acidity.
Gold Medal Blend: Gold Medal is an award winning blend which won the Chef's In America Competition. It's a rich, full flavored blend with a nice aroma and sweet lingering aftertaste. Gold Medal Blend is the perfect complement at the end of a fine meal.
Gourmet House Blend: This blend of medium roasted Latin American beans combine to produce a smooth, medium bodied, sweet cup of coffee. This is our mildest blend, good for someone who prefers a sweeter cup of coffee.
